Guarantees

All chemical works undertaken by Anglian Tectonics receive a Guarantee. This is assignable to any new owner of the property throughout the guarantee period for a small administration fee.

Guarantees offered range in cover, dependent on the extent or type of works undertaken.

The National Association of Estate Agents and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors advise that when looking for a preservation company you should make sure it is a member of the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association. Anglian Tectonics are pleased to inform you that we are members of that association.

As members of the British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association, we are able to offer Guarantee Protection Insurance (G.P.I.). The G.P.I. is an authorised insurance agency regulated by the F.S.A.

The G.P.I. Guarantee provides cover if a problem develops with the remedial work undertaken and the company responsible is no longer trading. The G.P.I. Guarantee will allow another fully qualified contractor to remedy the work without further charge.
